Brunching is one of my favorite things to do with the girls, so I’ve been so happy that so many brunch options have popped up at Walt Disney World recently.
One of the newest ones on the block is Wine Bar George at Disney Springs. I’m here to tell you if you love brunch this is one that is not to be missed!
We started off with a few appetizers, and the all new Dole Whip Froscato Mimosa. We ordered the hummus, Mac and Cheese bites, and the Spiced Olives. All of these appetizers are available all day long.
The Mac and Cheese bites have been one of my favorites from Wine Bar George since they opened. The hummus was great, and the olives I wasn’t a fan of but I’m not an olive fan and the other ladies with me loved them.
When it came to the meal we all ordered something different so we could try it all!
I chose to order the burrata which I couldn’t wait to try and can’t wait to have again! I love the version of this that is an appetizer at dinner. The Brunch version has grilled bread, avocado, bacon, tomatoes, burrata and EVOO. Seriously the most amazing combination! This dish is $22 and easily shareable.
The Steak Frites were another fantastic choice and we thought a great brunch item for the men who want something a little heartier. This dish is priced at $25 and is a great serving size. The steak is topped on fries, siracha hollandaise, and fried egg. This would be my husbands dream brunch and I can’t wait to take him back for it.
The French Toast was a great option, for someone wanting something a little more simple. Priced at $17, it is brioche, with Mascarpone, Carmel Sauce, and was topped with fresh berries and had a great crisp to it which I loved. Sometimes French Toast can be soggy and this one was perfect.
Another top rated option in my opinion for brunch. This dish will run you $22. Your base of this meal is grit cakes which are absolutely fantastic. There is chicken sausage on top of them and then your poached egg and hollandaise. The grit cake is really what made this dish fantastic and stand out from other Eggs Benedict.
I would 100% recommended scheduling brunch at Wine Bar George, whether your a local or making a day of Disney Springs it’s not to be missed. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday 11am-3pm and you can make reservations through My Disney Experience.
A big thank you to the team at Wine Bar George for hosting us for this brunch. While this was a hosted brunch please note that all opinions are my own.
We even got to meet George himself.
