Baseline Tap House at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

In the midst of all the change happening at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, a portion of the old Streets of America section reopened across from Muppets Courtyard. This also brought the perfect new hang out location, that has drinks and snacks.

Baseline Tap House is the perfect addition to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It is located on the corner right next to Sci Fi Dine In. It has the perfect city pub type feel to me. It’s definitely my kind of vibe. They have a pretty large outdoor patio with Umbrellas and tables. It is adorned with lights strung across which makes it so adorable in the evening. There is also indoor seating, though it is very minimal.

This is a pretty quiet side of the park right now so it’s a great spot to for a break away from all the hustle and bustle of the parks.

Baseline Taphouse offers a selection of craft beers, draft cocktails, wine, a full bar, and non alcoholic options. They also have a few food options. From charcuterie to their hot pretzel.

When you arrive to the location you can seat yourself. Then you will go inside to the bar to place your order, as well as pick it up there. Most food comes right out. If the food isn’t ready we have had them bring it to our table.

The Bavarian pretzel is a much better alternative to the Mickey pretzel in my opinion. It is also very similar to the one in Germany at Epcot. It is served with a cheese dip and mustard.

There is also a charcuterie option. Charcuterie is $10, and it was a great option for that price. I honestly really enjoyed it and probably could have gone for another one.

We typically stop in there for a beer as it’s the best craft selection in the park. It makes it a nice change from your typical Bud Light type of options. It is served in plastic cups as well so it’s also easy for a grab and go option. There is also an option for a beer flight which is a great option if your going to sit for a bit.

Baseline Taphouse was a perfect, and much needed addition to the ever changing Hollywood Studios. I’ll be interested to see what else they may do with some of that area in the parks future. Have you tried our Basline Taphouse!
